What is the Shell tool and what do I need it for?
We take our pleasure to present our new Shell tool v.1.0. Owing to this software you have got rid of the whole range of annoying problem. All you need is to download the Shell tool and enjoy our software! Now it's easier, faster and more simple to work with our device!
Description of the Shell tool functions:
- NO problems with the registration: if your box is not registered the Shell tool will automatically download the Registration tool and will propose you to complete the registration application at once. In a few seconds your box will be registered:

- NO need for login and password: all you need is just to press "Go To Support Area - Main" button and you will automatically get access to support area (that means to Official Support site, Documentation, Manual, Schematics, Support Forum).
- Shell tool automatically downloads the latest software, updates, pinouts etc. Now you don't need to go to support area each time you want to find the pinout. All the pinouts and the latest versions of the soft as well as the latest updates will be found
& downloaded automatically:

- Shell tool has made it easy to find the necessary model and service tool. In the one window you can see the list of supported brands and models. After choosing the wanted model Shell tool will show you what cable you need for it, the pinout and start the necessary tool for you:

- To update your box all you need to do is just to enter the "Box Update" bookmark on the Shell tool (at the bottom) and press "Update Box" button. In addition, if your box is not updated the Shell tool will update it automatically:

- In the third bookmark "Settings" you can automatically download the software and pinouts - just put the tick on "Download At Startup"!

IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend you to wait and don't do any actions during the Shell tool is in process.
What is "Support chat"?
It often happens that you need a very quick assistance in resolving your queries or problems. Well, it has become possible due to our online chat. Our support team is always glad to help you.
I would like to notice that even if our team is off-line, you may leave your questions and we will answer it as soon as we are on-line.

Update is not completed. What should I do?
If update was not completed - it means you have a problem with your internet connection ( firewalls, antivirus, internet provider has closed 9999 port ).
Problem with PC settings:
- Firewall ( switch it off if you can't setup it correctly )
- Antivirus ( switch it off if you can't setup it correctly )
- PC setiings ( necessary port is closed or disabled )
- Internet provider settings ( necessary port is closed or disabled )
You should check your settings before you try to make the update for your box.
Than start the Shell tool and try to make update using the "Update box" button:

Do not try to make the update too many times ( if box is "dead" ) - server accepts only 1 attempt. So, if you can't update the box you should send your serial box number to us ( also e-mail, name of reseller ) via: "support chat", support forum or e-mail and we will accept the new update for you.
Connecting to update server...Error!
It can happen in a few situations:
1. Our update server is temporaly down. Contact us via "support chat" to know if the server is online or not.
2. Problem with PC setting:
- Firewall ( switch it off if you cannot setup it correctly )
- Antivirus ( switch it off if you cannot setup it correctly )
- PC setiings ( the necessary port is closed or disabled )
- Internet provider settings ( necessary port is closed or disabled )
You should check your setting before trying to make the update for your box.
If you cannot update the box you should send your box serial number to us ( together with the e-mailand the reseller's name ) via: "support chat", support forum or e-mail and we will allow the new update for you.
My box is "dead". Shows only "." and not working.
It happens after the power problem in PC. You unplug the cable when software was in use. When you see only "." that mean that the box now is temporaly dead - you need to make the update for him. You should try to do next:
1. Start the shell tool and enter the bookmark "Box Update". Try to make update 1 time only. If all is fixed - no need to do more update:
